Perfect location in the old city, spacious family room, decent pricing

The cleanliness left a lot to be desired!!! It's disconcerting to find sticky stains and unclean bathroom items. Parking becomes a hassle when spaces fill up, and don't even get me started on the poor electrical job, hot water and light failing during my shower was unacceptable!!!

Everything was simply brand-new. The room was beautiful and huge, had a mini bar, climate control, and multi-channel TV. Very kind and nice staff, answered all questions. Location: the hotel was close enough to the restaurants and shops, the centre and all attractions.

The location couldn't be better, right next to the Souk and the Nizwa Fort. My room was spacious and well-appointed, with a lovely little balcony for evening relaxation.

Conveniently located next to the fort and souq, the spacious family room was perfect for our needs. The staff were cute, and parking was readily available. The walk from the souq gate to the hotel can be quite a trek in crowded conditions, and , we experienced intermittent issues with hot water in the shower. While the cleanliness could be improved, enjoying yogurt for breakfast was a highlight.

Just a solid selection for a weekend vacation in Nizwa with fantastic value. The staff were really helpful in sorting out nearby parking for us. Make sure to bring cash as card payments aren't accepted.

Perfect spot for exploring!

The room was super cozy, and the balcony was perfect for evening chill outs. The location near the Souk was awesome for grabbing snacks and shopping. Only thing was the Wi-Fi was kinda spotty at times, a bummer. Oh, and the homemade breakfast was tasty!

The parking was close by the hotel. the room was a decent size and good value for money. I enjoyed the comfortable bed. the presence of a microwave oven, electric kettle, and refrigerator was a plus. the location was incredible and within walking distance of everywhere I wanted to go.
